I'm not a Happy Camper :o( I called Hinzeit about getting another embellishment pack for Charmed Flake but had to leave a message. Of course it's been a week and no one has called me back >:o(
While browsing through The Needlework Show, I came upon their booth and saw they had an email address! Just as I was about to send off an email, I saw that they had written that embellishment packs were not sold separately. Well that's great! So I guess that means I'll have to pay $12 to buy the pattern again? This does not sit well with me.
So my question to you all is, if I do stitch Charmed Flake again, do you think she will look just as good without the ribbon charm and charm above her head?
The charm above her head hides a snowflake so there is stitching underneath it. Your input would be greatly appreciated :o) Thanks!

I think it will look lovely without the charms . You should be able to get snowflake charms from somewhere , but not sure about hte ribbon,
It'll look just as nice without, so go ahead and don't worry about it
I think it would look great with the ribbon charm. I have some snowflake charms. They don't have a stone in the center. If you would like me to send you some, Just email me. taylor62@charter.net

I have seen the exact snowflake charms here at one of my LNS but they don't have the crystal in the center, which you could always add on. Mill hill has some really pretty glass charms that you could use as a substitute, also. Check them out, they are very pretty. If you would like me to pick some up and mail them off just let me know how many. Smiles....
I think it will look just fine either way. I see you already have offers of snowflake charms. If you google 'cancer ribbon charm', you will find lots of sources for that too.
Email me....I have a couple ribbon charms and one of those might work...I will check their size and if you email me, I will drop one in the mail tomorrow....worth a shot. Faye`
I think it's a nice design without the embellishments.
It is an awesome design - If I had her I would make several with different embellishments - Yes stitch it again - it's wonderful !!!!!
By the way - Why couldn't you make a ribbon charm out of Fimo Clay - That would be easy to do ;)

You can always use a different snowflake charm! Are those difficult to find? (just another pretty snowflake, even if it's not exactly the same)

I think it would look fine without the charms. Maybe one of the offers will work out. I'll check at Michael's and see if they have any.
I'd check the bead stores for something heart shaoed....maybe even a button!
