Would be okay for me to do a Hardanger piece of my own design? As I still haven't found the right thing to do, or a Needlecase?

I wouldn't see why not because there have been Hardanger pieces in the past :o)
I love the idea of an original design! Can't wait to see it completed.
I wish I could make some design of my own! Unfortunally.. I'm not that talented :p lol!
