Update!

Hi everyone! I can't believe that we currently have 15 stitchers in place for this project :o) You are all helping me do something wonderful for people you don't even know and I can't tell you how much that means to me. But then again, don't they say that stitchers have the biggest hearts?

I've finally heard back from Jean. She was having computer issues so I apologize for the delay in getting this information to you. There were a few questions that people had and I hope this will answer them :o)

Due date: Jean states that the items should be in her hands no later than November 1. That way they can get the items listed, photographed and up for people to see ahead of time.

Mailing address: to reduce shipping costs, each of us will ship our items directly to Jean at -

Attic Needlework
106 E McKellips Road Suite 111
Mesa AZ 85201 USA

The only reason am I posting the address in public is because it's on the Attic Needlework website!

If you have any other questions or concerns, please leave a comment or email me and I'll see what I can do to help :o)

I heard about this through the great bloggernacle grapevine, and I would love to participate. Thanks for a great opportunity to serve a worthy cause!

Oh yes, sign me up, Buttercup . . whoops, pumpkin.

No Breast Cancer in my family but I have a 38 year old niece who was born with Ovarian Cancer . .total hysterectomy at 11 months, had already spread to vaginal area and had to go back in 1 month later and RADICAL chemo / radiation. . . dr.s told her that due to the radiation at the hip area she would not be walking by age 16 . . .and she walked across the stage to receive her diploma.

Now, she has a wheelchair for LONG walks, but uses a wlker normally.

Anyway, this is my chance to use my craft to help raise money,

Thank you so MUCH for the chance to help.
